For nine months I have alternated the two routines daily: some days shorter 5-10 minutes but most days for 20 minutes.

I thought, ?Relax for a day and it?ll go away in a day? but it didn?t – in fact it got progressively worse over a few days.

I?ve had the pleasure of helping people walk again without pain, through to helping an international level Rugby Union team reach the finals three years runnin
